Well the new season is on it’s way and us folks at Marisota have decided to give everyone a sneak preview of the new season’s fashion.

I thought I’d have a nosey around and give you my top fashion tips for autumn/ winter 2010.

As you know, no post of mine would be complete without some stunning shoes to go with it

I love these mary janes! Particularly in the red. They come in a choice of red, grey or black and widths E fit and EEE fit so you’re sure to get it right!

If heels aren’t your thing then you might like these chunky ankle boots! They come in E fit, a choice of black or brown and have gorgeous strap and buckle detailing!

I think we’ll be seeing tons of stylish ladies sporting these cute flat boots with leggings or skinny jeans, an oversized cardigan, waist belt and chunky scarf this autumn (well I will be anyway!)

Every woman wants comfortable shoes, but that’s not to say we don’t care how they look. I always hated shoes that came in my foot width but now I can indulge!

There are 3 pairs of shoes that every woman should have for summer-

1) The Flip Flops/ Toe Posts - these are made for everything from lounging by the pool, to hitting the beach. This jewelled pair couldn’t be better for helping you feel gorgeous at the poolside!

2) Evening Sandals - Preferably of the strappy persuasion these should scream glamour and have a high heel if possible! These silver T-bar sandals are perfect for any LBD or maxi dress, and in E fit they give you a little extra wiggle room!

3)The Wedge - A summer staple the wedge shoe is perfect for smart daytime occasions. just wear with linen trousers or a maxi dress for stunning sumemr style. These wedges are ideal and come in a choice of black or lavender!

The wedding season is fast approaching and like many women I’ve been trying to figure out what I can wear for the various weddings I’ll be attending. Marisota have tons of occasionwear ideas, and they’re available in sizes 12 - 32 with shoes in sizes 4 - 9 and width fittings up to EEE.

Many modern weddings don’t require you to wear a hat, but you can often feel underdressed. A fascinator is the perfect middle ground and either of these styles would be ideal

Now…..the final installment on our top party pieces for the season. Marisota have come up with some fantastic partywear collections to suit you. If you want to make a style statement this spring then the colour blocking trend is for you. Go for the most vivid shades you can find - and don’t be afraid to clash contrasting colours together. Marisota’s got an amazing collection of bright and beautiful pieces for spring.

Well, the weather certainly doesn’t look like it’s going to cheer up any time soon. So it makes the next big fashion trend for spring a particularly appealing one just now - Brights! The brighter and bolder the better. From fiery red, to sunshine yellow and rich magenta these Marisota plus size clothes are sure to lift any mood - whatever the weather.

It’s impossible to feel neutral over this fashion trend - I love it! Usually I go for big and bold colours but there is something so pretty and feminine about these muted colours, and just perfect for warmer spring days. Don’t forget nude coloured underwear to wear underneath -it’s a much better bet than white lingerie which can show through pale colours.

If you fancy putting a little sparkle in your style then this is the spring fashion trend for you! Metallic and glitter-knit fashion used to be the realm of eveningwear, but this season it’s all about the day-time dazzle, from tops and accessories to wide fitting shoes. Jane hasn’t done the test yet, but I’d bet my bottom dollar she comes out as the funky ‘architectural heels’ - the more outrageous the better for her, she loves her shoes!
