As the nights get colder we need to put more thought into going out outfits, these are my choices for a night on the town this October!

We could all use a few tips for hitting the beach now and again, and ITV did a fabulous feature last week on swimwear for fuller figured women (big is beautiful beachwear). Featuring some of the top contestants and the winner from a new plus size pageant (Miss BBW United Kingdom) the feature looked at accessorising and finding your perfect swimwear / beach cover up with stylist John Scott!

You might catch a glimpse of some lovely Marisota styles in both the video and in the article like the fab Miraclesuit and this stunning Kaftan.

We’re not far off the end of summer and many of us will be working to get rid of some holiday weight, or just toning up in preparation for the winter party season.
