Now that we are well and truly into Spring, (apparently!) and most people are preparing themselves for the big spring clean, it seems like to right time to make some changes to our home. Whether its fully decorating, or just adding the finishes touches ready for the Summer, we’ve got some handy tips for you.

The Marisota team stumbled across some ‘dream home’ pictures, and we seem its only fair we share our findings and tell you how to achieve the look.

Living Room

We love this contemporary bright living room! The mix of wooden floors and the Large Shaggy Rug is really fashionable in home trends at the moment.  Another big hit for us is the combination of the traditional walnut on the Genova Coffee Table and the modern white tones in the Grecian Tall Cabinet. If you ladies are anything like us, there isn’t enough storage for all the things we’ve acquired over the years, and so the wall cabinets are perfect hiding places for all our rubbish that we just can’t throw out!

Hi Everyone.

Hope you’ve all had a nice short week in work and are ready for the weekend!

We’ve got an exciting body shape project happening next week in the North West and are looking for your help!

We’re currently working on a feature called “Do You Know Your Body Size?”, looking into whether women can accurately pinpoint their own size without measuring themselves. We’re inviting size 12-32 women in and around Leeds & Manchester to come and do a spot of modelling with our talented female photographer. The photographer will be taking full body shots from the front and back in your leggings and vest (which are provided). All images will remain anonymous, as we’ll only be using your torso for each one, however you’re welcome to use and promote the piece on your blogs or in your own portfolio.

As a thankyou, we’ll be offering each model a £50 voucher for Victoria Quarter, Leeds’ premier shopping district and will cover travel expenses within the North West area.
